What if the file you send back has an error?
I don't just "convert and send." I check the file to make sure it opens correctly in Excel and that the data is aligned. If you try to upload it and your software gives you an error, I will fix it for free until it works.

I’ll fix it. I don't just send a file and disappear. If your software gives you an error message, just send me a screenshot of the error. I will adjust the file and send it back until it goes through perfectly.
