Copying PDF bank statements by hand is slow and error-prone. I turn them into a clean, accounting-ready spreadsheet and prove the numbers add up.
WHAT YOU GET
- Excel (.xlsx) or CSV: Date, Description, Withdrawal, Deposit, Balance
- Balance check on every statement: opening + deposits - withdrawals = closing. If anything does not match, I mark the exact row.
- Consistent date and number formats that import cleanly into QuickBooks, Xero or Google Sheets.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send the PDF(s) and your preferred format.
2. I extract the transactions and fix split lines, merged columns and page breaks.
3. I run the balance check and fix or flag any mismatch.
4. You get the file plus a short check summary. Revisions included.

Which banks do you support?
Any bank, as long as the PDF is readable. I work from the layout, not a bank-specific template.
What if the balance check fails?
I look for the cause (missing line, misread number) and fix it. If the statement itself is inconsistent, I mark the rows and tell you.
Is my financial data safe?
Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. I can sign an NDA, and you can redact account numbers before sending.
Can you categorize transactions or give accounting advice?
Categories using your own list are included in Premium. I do not provide accounting or tax advice.
