Is visualisation hypnosis?
No. While we are using certain breathing techniques that relax brain and body, visualisation is no hypnosis. We also wouldn't dare to do that as we are not qualified to practice hypnosis and leave that to the experts :).
What if I fall asleep during the visualisation?
Visualisation, just like meditation or hypnosis, also works through the subconscious mind, too. Even when you fall asleep during the session, your subconscious mind hears all.
Does your visualisation work for moody or difficult teens?
That is why we started this concept. It worked marvellously with a moody youth of our own, and later with other such teenagers as well. It smoothened lack of emotion and sparked positive activity and productivity to discover, learn and explore.
