About this gig
A workflow runs. A system can be operated by someone who did not build it.
That difference is most of what I do. The automation is the easy half the hard half is giving you somewhere to see what it did, correct it before it acts, and know when something failed.
So every build comes with a control layer. Usually a structured Google Sheet where each record shows its status, what stage it reached, and what is queued next, so you can fix a row before anything irreversible happens. Where it needs to be a real page, I deploy a web app on your own Google account with no monthly fee to anyone.
Underneath: n8n for orchestration, Apps Script for scheduling and Google-side work, AI for the decisions that need judgement, APIs and webhooks for everything else.

I run the outbound infrastructure for my own B2B agency: n8n pipelines for scraping, qualification and AI enrichment, Apps Script scheduling sends across twelve authenticated inboxes, and a reply tracker resolving thread status across all of them. It runs daily, and I fix it when it breaks.

What exactly is the dashboard?
Usually a structured Google Sheet where every record shows its status and what is queued next. If you need a real page with buttons, I deploy a web app on your own Google account.
Who hosts it and what does it cost monthly?
It runs in your accounts. n8n cloud or self-hosted is your choice. There is no fee to me after delivery and no dependency on my infrastructure.
Can you connect to [my tool]?
If it has an API or webhooks, almost certainly. Message me with the tool name before ordering and I will confirm rather than guess.
What if it breaks in three months?
Everything is documented, so anyone can pick it up. I also handle fixes as a separate order if you would rather I did it.
Do I need to know n8n to run this?
No. That is the point of the control layer. If operating it requires understanding the workflow, I built it wrong.
