What do you need from me to get started?
Just a link to your live website/app, or Figma/screenshots if it's not live yet. Let me know your main goal (e.g., more signups, less drop-off) so I can focus the audit accordingly.
Do I need to have a live product, or can this be pre-launch?
Either works. I can audit a live site/app or a prototype in Figma, InVision, or similar before you launch.
Will you actually redesign my screens?
The Basic and Standard packages focus on identifying issues and recommending fixes, not visual redesign. The Premium package includes wireframe-level direction for your top problem areas. For full redesign work, message me, and we can scope a custom offer.
How many pages or screens should I submit?
Each package has a page/screen limit (see package details above). If your product is bigger, add extra screens or message me for a custom quote.
What format will the report be in?
You'll get an annotated Figma file or a PDF report (your choice), with issues ranked by priority so you know what to fix first.
Do you check for accessibility issues?
Yes, from the Standard package up, I review against WCAG guidelines and flag accessibility barriers along with usability issues.
Can you also tell me why my conversion rate is low?
I flag conversion friction points in the audit, including confusing flows, unclear CTAs, trust signals, etc. I can't guarantee a conversion rate increase since that also depends on traffic quality and other factors outside the product itself, but I'll point out what's likely hurting you.
