About me
My background has always been rooted in curiosity about how things work. I have a BSc in Chemistry, alongside further study including an introductory course in psychology and a Diploma in Kinesiology. Over time, that curiosity has expanded into exploring the connection between our physical, emotional & energetic wellbeing. I now use muscle-response testing alongside techniques from The Emotion Code to explore emotional experiences we may still be carrying. I see my role as a bridge; creating a gentle space to listen, explore & release what may be getting in the way of greater ease & wellbeing.
