Why should I contact you before placing an order?
Because the price depends on the complexity of the image. Some logos are simple and cost less, while others require more time and attention. I always give a fair quote before starting.
Can you provide files with transparent background?
Yes, ai, eps, svg, png, psd files are all with transparent background, but JPG and PSD not support transparency.
How do you vectorize AI-generated logos?
I redraw everything by hand in Adobe Illustrator. This way, I can fix any weird shapes or glitches from the AI, make lines smooth and balanced, and turn your logo into a clean, professional vector. No auto-tracing — just careful, manual work to make sure it looks perfect.
How fast can you deliver my order?
I always try to deliver as soon as your logo is ready — there’s no reason for me to delay it. But since everything is done by hand, the delivery time depends on the complexity of the image. Some designs take just a few minutes, while others might take a few days or even up to a week.
What files will I receive after delivery?
You'll receive high-quality vector files (typically SVG, AI, PDF) and raster files (PNG, JPG). If you need a specific format, just let me know in advance.
