Can you look at my code before I order?
Yes, please do — send it in a message with the error you're getting. I'll tell you what's wrong, how long the fix will take and which package covers it. If it's bigger than it looks, I'd rather say so upfront than halfway through.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. If I take a job I've already looked at the code, so this is rare — but if I get stuck, I cancel the order and send you everything I found along the way. You keep the diagnosis for free.
Is my code kept private?
Yes. I don't reuse, publish or share client code, and I don't keep copies after delivery. If you need an NDA signed, just say so before ordering.
My script isn't broken, it's just slow. Does that count?
Yes — performance issues are covered. Send the script and tell me how long it takes now and how fast you need it. Most speed problems come from a few specific lines, not from the whole approach.
My scraper worked last month and now returns empty results. Can you fix it?
Almost certainly. Websites change their layout and scrapers stop matching it — this is the most common repair I do. Send the script and the URL it targets.
