About me
Hi! I am Dasha, I’m a life coach, psychology student, and crisis line listener. My own life had its share of personal crises, major career changes, and moving countries. I know firsthand how stressful change can be, and I'd love to help you bring clarity to a difficult time.
I focus on simple, practical tools that actually work—like basic psychology and behavioral habits in safe and non-judjemental space. Together, we can break down what's keeping you stuck and build a clear, step-by-step plan to help you move forward. Let’s connect!
