FAQ
What do you need before starting?
I need the website URL, test credentials if required, priority flows, supported browsers or devices, available requirements, test data, and any known limitations.
Do you test mobile applications?
This Gig focuses on websites and responsive web applications. Native mobile app testing can be discussed through a custom offer.
Do you provide automated testing?
No. This service focuses on manual functional, exploratory, regression, usability, and compatibility testing.
Will you find every bug?
No testing process can guarantee that every defect will be found. I will systematically test the agreed scope and document all issues identified during the available testing time.
What does a revision include?
A revision means one round of retesting for previously reported issues after the client confirms they have been fixed. It does not include testing new features or additional flows.
Can you test payment flows?
Yes, when a safe test environment, sandbox payment method, and authorized test data are provided. I do not perform unauthorized transactions or use real customer payment information.
