I only have a 2D floor plan (PDF/AutoCAD) or a hand sketch. Can I order the Basic package?
No. The Basic and Standard packages require a clean, ready-to-render 3D model (.SKP, Archicad, Revit). If you only have 2D drawings, you MUST add the "3D Modeling" extra during checkout, which requires additional cost and time.
What is considered a "Minor Revision" versus a "Major Revision"?
A Minor Revision covers surface-level changes: swapping a material, changing paint color, or adjusting lighting. A Major Revision involves changing the 3D geometry: moving walls, adding new rooms, or altering the roofline. Major revisions are NOT included and will require a Custom Extra.
Do you provide the architectural design from scratch, or do you only render my existing design?
This gig is strictly for visualizing your existing 3D model with 100% CAD accuracy. However, if you are a Commercial F&B Owner (Cafe/Restaurant) and need an interior design concept from scratch to pitch to investors, please message me directly for a Custom Design Offer.
