Do you offer discounts?
Yes, in my vector tracing services while I recreate or redraw logo or images, if you have more than 10 images, I offer 5% discount on it.
Do you offer adobe illustrator files?
Yes, in my png to vector services or if you are getting vector tracing services. I do manual vector tracing in adobe illustrator and provide .ai file for recreate or redraw logo. You must follow the packages for your files preferences.
Do you also provide embroidery files?
Yes, while recreate or redraw logo, or vector tracing services. I also provide logo digitizing or embroidery files but for that you will need to contact me and we will make a custom deal for it.
How I can check my logo or image complexity for vector tracing services?

This person cannot read and understand instructions, I have detailed instructions on what I needed, he over charged me for the work and provided some fast one click vector drawing with no effort on the job and after wasted 2 days on my job time, cancelled the job without even trying to fix the issue....

The logo was redrawn incorrectly first, adding elements that were not there. Then when this was highlighted it was redrawn incorrectly again. As i'm on a deadline i couldn't waste more time explaining again so I approved and will have to work with what I've got. I'm not sure if the positive reviews are fake or not as this was a very simple task.
