What is the difference between pre-assessed and blind testing?
Blind testing is perfect (and the most popular) for getting real reactions to your website. Because you can see the screen and my webcam you really get to see how I react having never looked at your site. Pre-assessed is where I take a look before recording the video.
What is a screencast?
You will be able to watch me navigate your website and listen to my experience whilst using it. I will offer tips and hints as I do so
How long will the video be?
It depends on how big your website is, they can range from 20 to 40 minutes usually. It depends on how much I have to say!
