Although the video was ok, it was in a landscape, and I requested he change it to portrait, which he refused even though he had stated that you can request revision. l feel robbed because although the video was ok, it was useless for the intended purpose.

It's like he stepped inside my brain and placed what I was thinking into the atmosphere. Seriously he did an incredible job listening to my hearts desires and bringing life to what I was seeking. I was certainly nervous throughout the process, the finished product delivered a major sigh of relief.
