I will create a QA checklist and release process for your web app
Website QA and Vibe Coding App Testing, Clear Bug Reports
About this Gig
Unsure what to check, who owns a bug or what to hand over before release? I will create a lightweight QA starter kit for one web app, one team and one release.
Basic: a 10-item release checklist and a reusable bug report template.
Standard: a 20-item checklist, bug template, bug triage workflow and ownership matrix for up to 5 roles.
Premium: a 30-item checklist, the Standard documents and a concise QA process guide with release handoff and a repeat-check cadence.
I tailor the documents to the workflow, roles and product risks you describe. The checklist items are prompts for your team to carry out; they are not executed test results. The Premium guide is up to 6 pages, excluding templates.
You receive editable documents and a PDF. One revision covers corrections or clarification to the agreed scope.
Tool installation, meetings, actual testing, bug fixes, ongoing QA management, security certification and a signed release verdict are not included.
Send your release workflow, team roles and the QA problem slowing you down. I will help define a focused starting scope.

FAQ
Is this a full QA department setup?
It is a focused document kit for one web app, one team and one release. It gives the team a clear checklist and, in larger packages, ownership and handoff steps. Hiring, ongoing QA management and organization-wide transformation are separate.
Will you install or configure QA tools?
No. The documents can refer to the tools your team already uses. Tool installation, project configuration, CI setup, integrations and automation code are outside these packages.
Are the checklist items tested for me?
No. They describe checks and decisions your team should carry out, with suggested owners and evidence. This gig does not execute tests, verify fixes or certify release readiness.
How is the kit tailored to my team?
I use your supplied release workflow, team roles and product concerns. Standard and Premium map responsibilities across up to five roles. Unclear ownership or acceptance rules are marked for your team's decision.
What does Premium add?
Premium adds a 30-item checklist and a QA guide of up to six pages, excluding templates. It covers release handoff and a proposed cadence for repeated checks. Your team carries out the process and makes release decisions.
Are meetings, revisions or follow-up included?
Communication is through Fiverr messages; meetings are not included. Each package includes one consolidated document revision within the agreed scope. New releases, extra roles, actual testing and ongoing support need a separate agreement.
