FAQ
Can you make content changes and other content updates?
Absolutely. Contact me for content editing, adding new pages, replacing images, changing headings, small SEO tasks, etc (up to 1 or 3 hrs/month). Note: I do not create or write any content, you will need to provide me with all the content that needs to be added along with placement instructions.
I have multiple websites, do you update all of them?
This gig is for a single-site WordPress website. If you would like me to take care of multiple WordPress sites or a multi-site environment, please contact me before placing an order.
Is error fixing included?
No, but I am always willing to use unused time within the Standard or Premium package to fix a small(!) issue. Fixing large issues or coding errors are not included in the package as they require more attention. I am happy to work on these issues and send you an offer to resolve them.
Are plugin licenses included?
Generally no, but with exceptions. I own multiple plugin licenses and -if possible and allowed- I'm happy to update your site by using my own license. Please chat with me before ordering to discuss your needs.
What is included with the Basic Package?
With the basic package, I will work on your website for one hour. I can install or update plugins, edit content, replace images, etc. Do you need more than one hour? Contact me and I'll send you a custom offer.
Is Malware Cleanup included?
In the unlikely event that your site gets hacked while I am maintaining it, I will absolutely clean up any malware for you free of charge. If your site was hacked before I started maintaining it, then I can make you an offer to clean it up, and remove all hacks, malware and backdoors.
