For any single trade, such as concrete, masonry, steel, etc., you may obtain a single-trade takeoff package. MEP's & Framing are not included under basic package.

Yes, we provide a professional documentation which will carry scope of work and pricings in a word file with your company logo, name, address and can be sent to contractors as a final document
