In my presidential leadership of University Debate club in Novi Sad, Serbia, I've conducted several endeavors and activities, many of which formed the early foundation of the coaching methodology and communication practice I develop and lead today. Those include: Founding and leading a university debate club, transforming an initial idea into a structured student organization focused on public speaking, critical thinking, and communication development. Designing and delivering workshops, lessons, and communication training programs covering public speaking, persuasion, negotiation, and practical soft skills. Serving as the club’s primary public representative, promoting debate culture through institutional outreach, public events, and national TV appearances, positioning the organization as a credible educational initiative. Forming operational teams and establishing a sustainable organizational structure, leading recruitment, coordination, and strategic direction while maintaining active member engagement. Negotiating partnerships, financial support, and collaborations with national and private institutions, enabling organizational growth and long-term activity. Managing the club’s communication strategy and social media presence, overseeing messaging clarity and information design.
