Will it work with my existing Google Form?
Yes, if it collects name and email. I map your question titles. Otherwise I build a new form.
Does it work with a regular @gmail.com account?
Yes (limit about 100 recipients/day). Google Workspace allows about 1,500/day.
Can it text people?
Not in these packages. Email only.
Is my data safe?
Your leads stay in your Sheet and Gmail. I never need your password and keep no copies after delivery.
