Digital implant planning and surgical guide design for single and small multi-unit cases.

I'm a periodontist and implantologist in training, currently completing a postgraduate programme in periodontology and implant dentistry. I place implants surgically myself, so your plan is assessed for prosthetic emergence, bone availability and soft-tissue thickness not just positioned to fit the software.

What you get:

Implant position, angulation, depth and diameter, with the reasoning explained

Tooth- or mucosa-supported guide, exported as a print-ready STL

Screenshots of each planned site, plus a written note on anything I'd flag before you operate

Scope: 1 to 4 implants per case. I don't take full-arch, zygomatic or All-on-X cases.

What I need from you: CBCT in DICOM format with patient identifiers removed, an intraoral or model scan in STL, the opposing arch if available, and the implant system and guided surgery kit you use.

Planning is technical work delivered under your prescription. You remain the treating clinician and approve the final plan before surgery.
