The second largest public university in the country runs a reading promotion program for children and youth, where I began my career as a graphic designer (Letras para Volar). Over time, I continued as an illustrator and later became responsible for project direction and coordinating other artists. Our work focused on creating books and newspaper-style publications for children that were distributed free of charge to public schools in economically underserved areas. We specialized in promoting reading and critical thinking, as well as the arts, social topics, and cultural preservation.
