Should I message before placing my order?
YES! Please message me before placing your order so I can make sure that I can properly create your idea and to help avoid cancellations.
What do I need to start designing?
I need to know a little summary of your business and what type of website you would like (Portfolio, Blog, E-Commerce, etc.). I also may need your wix login any social medias linked to you or your business for creative help, and any images you would like on the website.
Do you buy wix plan?
I do not buy Wix plan but I can recommend to you the right plan for you.
Do I need a Wix plan to work with you?
No you do not. Creating website on Wix is free, therefore there are two ways to transfer website to you. I can either get your login credentials and create the website under your account, or I can create the website under my account and transfer ownership to your account when I am finished.
Do you provide the domain?
No, I do not provide the domain. You are required to find and purchase your own domain.
Do I need to provide photos?
You are not required to, but if I have to provide stock footage please be aware that this may cost you extra. Any photos that you would like to have on the website please send to me when ordering.
Can you write custom code on my website?
I am unable to write custom code through Wix.
Will you help me after gig completion?
Yes, I tend to help my clients for 5 to 7 days after the website is built to make sure they understand how to properly navigate.
