Can you fix an existing custom plugin rather than build a new one?
Yes. Basic is for one scoped and reproducible issue in an existing plugin. Send the error, affected function and expected result so I can confirm fit before you order.
Do you customize WooCommerce orders or checkout logic?
Yes, for one agreed backend behavior within the package scope, such as order metadata, validation or admin workflow. Payment gateways, live payment handling and extensive checkout changes require a custom assessment.
Can you integrate a REST API?
Premium may cover one documented integration with up to two endpoints in an agreed workflow. Authentication, permissions, rate limits, retries and sandbox access are reviewed before the quote. Unbounded sync and multi-system workflows are separate projects.
Do you edit commercial or third-party plugins?
Only where you have the right to authorize modifications and licensing permits it. Editing a vendor plugin directly can be overwritten by updates; a separate extension is often preferable when feasible.
Will your fix work with every WordPress or WooCommerce version?
We agree on the installed and target versions, relevant plugin dependencies and test cases. I test the accepted scope; I cannot guarantee future compatibility with unknown updates.
Do you work directly on a live store?
Packages assume safe development or staging where possible. Production deployment, backup, rollback and any work affecting real orders or transactions require separate approval and scope.
What do I receive at delivery?
A scoped source patch or plugin files, configuration notes if needed, verification evidence and instructions for applying the change. Revisions address the agreed acceptance criteria, not new requirements.
What if I cannot reproduce the bug or do not know its cause?
Send logs and reproduction information first. If the problem is too uncertain for fixed-price repair, I can propose a clearly priced assessment with its own deliverable; an implementation package is never silently replaced by analysis.
