1. Why dosen't z-index work sometimes?
z-index only works on elements that have a position of relative, absolute, or fixed. If an element has position: static;, z-index won’t work.
2. Can an HTML page have multiple <head> sections?
No, an HTML document can have only one <head> section. If you add multiple <head> elements, the browser will ignore the extra ones or may behave unexpectedly.
3. Why doesn’t col-6 work sometimes?
Ensure it's inside a .row and a .container to follow Bootstrap’s structure.
4. Can HTML work without a <head> or <body>?
Technically, yes. Browsers assume missing <head> and <body> elements, but it's bad practice.
