FAQ
Do you guarantee my loan or funding will be approved?
No, and be careful with anyone who says they do. Approval depends on your credit, collateral, cash flow, and the lender's own criteria, none of which any writer controls. What I deliver is a complete, well organized plan with supported financials so your application doesn't come back for missing or
What if I don't know my numbers yet?
Very common, and fixable. Send me what you have and I'll tell you exactly what's missing. If it turns out your pricing doesn't cover your costs, I'll show you where. That's usually worth more than the plan itself.
Do you do the financial projections or do I?
I build them from the cost and pricing information you provide. You don't need a spreadsheet or an accountant. You just need to know what you charge, what a job costs you, and what your monthly overhead runs.
Can you write a plan for a business that hasn't started yet?
Yes, though pre revenue plans take more assumption work since there's no history to build from. Message me first so I can scope it properly before you order.
How long is the plan?
Basic runs about 8 to 12 pages, Standard about 20 to 30, and Premium about 35 to 50. Page count follows the depth of your business, not padding. I'd rather give you 25 useful pages than 50 filled with generic filler.
What format do I get?
A Google Doc and a PDF. The Doc means you can edit it yourself later without needing me. The PDF is what you send to a lender, landlord, or partner.
Can you write it for my industry?
Most likely. I work with small and mid sized operating businesses across a lot of different fields. Message me with your industry and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'd rather say so than take the order.
