Is this a consultation?
It includes two focused calls, but the product is a documented technical diagnostic and implementation roadmap. Advisory-only consultations are offered separately from $1,000.
Does implementation come with the audit?
No. Implementation is scoped separately after priorities and risks are clear.
Will you need production access?
Usually not. The audit begins with process information and sanitized examples. Any later access requires an approved method and minimum necessary permissions.
