I will perform dynamic thermal simulation std with designbuilder

As an energy engineer currently working on thermal and energy studies (EESM, Casablanca) and holding a Master's in Green Building Engineering (UM6P), I run Dynamic Thermal Simulations (STD) to show how your building actually performs heating and cooling loads, thermal comfort, and energy consumption before or after construction. Studies follow HQE methodology, and can be adapted to other standards (RT) on request.

What you'll get:

• A full STD model built in DesignBuilder from your architectural plans or 3D model
• Heating, cooling, and energy consumption results
• A clear PDF report with charts and key findings

What I need from you:

• Architectural plans (DWG) or an existing 3D model
