I will set up one document-based knowledge assistant in your own hosted workspace, using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to answer from your approved content.

What documents can I use?
English text-based PDF, DOCX, and TXT files that you own or are authorized to use. Scanned documents, OCR, spreadsheets, images, and complex tables require separate scoping.
How are document limits counted?
Both the file and page caps apply. Each page or 500-word block counts, whichever gives the higher total. Basic: 10 files/50 pages; Standard: 30 files/150 pages; Premium: 60 files/300 pages.
Will answers include source citations?
I configure source filename or section references where the selected platform supports them. Page-level references depend on the platform and document extraction. References and answers need human review.
Will the assistant always give a correct answer?
No AI system can guarantee perfect answers. I configure retrieval, a not-found fallback, and test questions to reduce unsupported responses. Review outputs before relying on them.
Which platform and accounts are included?
One client-owned hosted workspace, one AI provider, one assistant, and one shared document collection. We agree on the suitable platform and available features before ordering. Platform and API accounts remain yours.
Are software and running costs included?
No. You pay software subscriptions, AI/API usage, hosting, storage, and any other third-party charges directly. I provide setup, testing, and handover within the agreed scope.
Can I update documents or limit who can see them?
I provide a manual update guide. Authorized users share the same collection. Live synchronization, SSO, per-document access controls, and custom permissions are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the agreed configuration or fixes issues within the original scope. Additional documents beyond the caps, new integrations, new features, and platform changes are separate.
Do you build a custom application?
These packages configure an assistant in a hosted workspace. Custom websites/apps, production API services, OCR, live data integrations, and ongoing maintenance require separate scope.
What do you need before starting?
Your use case, intended users, authorized sample documents, total file/page counts, 10-30 representative questions, preferred platform, privacy/access needs, and collaborator access to the agreed client-owned workspace.
