Ultimately, I am 90% happy with the quality of the final product. I ordered 2 emails and 1 banner ad. 1. For the emails, there were long lapses in communication, and lots of miscommunication at the end of the project. 2. For the banner ad, it was so amateurish that we just paid someone else to do it.
