As before, Rachel is excellent to work with in formatting my children's book. Her patience and quick responses to my questions and revisions mean so much to me. At completion, I feel very satisfied with my product, and knowing she's still willing to answer any concerns gives me comfort through the process.

Writing a 78000 Paranormal ghost story about an abandoned mall is easy. Trying to design the perfect cover is not. Enter Rachel...Ideas back and forth, changes, do overs, try this, move that, darken this , twist that....The result I feel is a cover worthy of a front shelf in any bookstore....Thanks again.
