Analyze the requirements and specifications of a project and determines the cost involved to lunch such project, and to monitor on going project total expenditure for management review Responsible to monitor project total project cost including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded Provides planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation, reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing process ,etc. Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery and completion of the project work Attend Project meeting and discussion with the PM Team and Purchasing for Raw Material Cost Related Issues Works with Sales Team to prepare work estimates and bids for clients and coordinates with the Engineering Team , Clients and Contractors for the estimates Evaluate and recommend ways to make product /project cost effective and profitable
