Do I have to give you my Amazon password?
Never. You add me as a user in Seller Central with campaign access only. It's 3 clicks and I walk you through them. Your passwords stay with you. Amazon's permission system keeps your account fully secure.
Can you actually lower my ACOS?
In most accounts I audit, 30-50% of ad spend is going to search terms that never convert. I cut those in week 1, then scale what's profitable. I also look at what stage you are with your product. Are we launching? Are we scaling? It all matters when it comes to realistic ACOS expectations.
What minimum ad spend do I need?
$3K/month minimum to make management worth the fee. Most clients start at $3-10K and scale as ROAS improves.
