It depends on how complex, kindly send me an image before placing your order so that I can confirm with you whether it would be possible for me to work on ><
Why is my character missing eyelashes/clothes/items/etc. ?
That's because you're missing the mods that I'm using. Be sure that your Koikatsu mods are up to date, getting the latest HF patch or BetterRepack should fix this :)
Can you create custom textures for clothes/hairs/etc?
I might or might not be able to depending on the complexity ><
Can you create/port mods?
Unfortunately no, I can only work with what's already available in Koikatsu ><
