I will do manual QA and uat testing for your saas web or mobile app
SaaS QA UAT Testing Specialist Product Workflow Testing
About this Gig
I help SaaS companies catch bugs and workflow issues before their customers do.
I manually test your web or mobile SaaS application through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional QA, focused on how real users actually move through your product, not just isolated features.
What I test: end-to-end business workflows such as signup, checkout, dashboards, forms and reports; functional and regression testing after new releases or bug fixes; data accuracy and report validation; web and mobile application behavior; and edge cases from real-world usage.
What you get: a clear bug report with step-by-step reproduction steps, annotated screenshots for every issue found, a short summary of what was tested and what passed, and retesting once fixes are pushed so you know the issue is actually resolved.
Beyond just logging bugs, I explain why each issue matters from a business and customer workflow perspective, because that's the lens I use daily working directly with SaaS clients and product teams.

FAQ
Do you test mobile apps as well as web apps?
Yes. I test both web and mobile (Android/iOS) SaaS applications, including responsive behavior, mobile workflows, and app-specific functionality.
Do you write automated test scripts?
No, my focus is manual QA and UAT. I test the way a real user or business stakeholder would, which often catches workflow and usability issues that automated scripts miss.
What do I receive at the end of testing?
A written report listing every bug found, with step-by-step reproduction instructions and annotated screenshots, plus a short summary of what was tested and its status.
Can you retest after my developers fix the bugs?
Yes, retesting after fixes is included in the Standard and Premium packages, so you can confirm each issue is actually resolved before release.
Do I need to share my source code?
No. I test through the application's interface as a real user would, I don't need access to your codebase, only the app itself (ideally a staging link and a test account).
What information do you need before we start?
Your app URL, a test account if login is required, and which workflows matter most to you. I'll confirm scope with you before starting the delivery clock.
