FAQ
What do you need to get started?
Collaborator/staff invite (or a staff code), problem description, theme name, and any screenshots or error messages.
Will you work on my live theme or a duplicate?
I clone and fix in a staging copy first. With approval (or urgent fixes), I publish to live safely.
Can you fix urgent critical bugs same day?
Usually yes for small issues. Complex bugs need an initial audit; I’ll confirm timeline before starting.
Do you handle third-party app conflicts and custom scripts?
Yes. I debug Liquid + JS, isolate app conflicts, and patch without breaking updates.
What if the bug returns after a theme or app update?
I include 7-day post-delivery support for reported regressions. Extended maintenance plans are available—just ask.
