Responsible for overseeing and executing airport security activities, focusing on protection against unlawful interference acts and supporting the implementation of civil aviation security policies to ensure compliance with laws, standards, and certification requirements. • Prepare Airport Risk Assessments and support the development and maintenance of the Airport Security Program (PSA). • Develop AVSEC-focused guidance for project, construction, and installation analysis. • Activate and chair the Airport Security Committee. • Prepare measurement reports and Service Level Agreement (SLA) documentation for AVSEC subcontractors. • Supervise the effectiveness of security barriers and surveillance activities performed by the responsible organization. • Monitor outsourced airport security contracts and AVSEC operational performance. • Issue DSAC reports in cases involving unlawful interference, attempted acts, threats, or vulnerabilities in the security system. • Develop action plans for nonconformities identified during AVSEC inspections, AVSEC tests, Aena Brasil internal audits, and ANAC audits. • Control and monitor compliance with PSESCA by entities operating under the program. • Conduct internal credentialing audits and supervise AVSEC employees and operational activities. • Perform operational and asset patrols focused on AVSEC aspects. • Support ministerial flights, prisoner transfers, valuables transportation, technical visits, and special airport activities. • Monitor AVSEC equipment, CCTV systems, and access control systems. • Monitor staffing levels of outsourced companies to minimize operational impacts during peak seasons. • Ensure compliance with regulatory authority requirements.
