No, the price is just for the campaign set up in your Google Ads account. You will have to pay Google directly for the ads by adding a billing method to your Google Ads account.

This type of suspension is related to your billing info and can be due to several reasons like if Google was unable to verify the payment method you added. You need to contact Google customer support to resolve this. I won't be able to help regarding this.

This happens due to a malicious script, links, or files injected into your website code. If your ads get disapproved after I set up the campaign, Contact your web developer to remove these malicious links from the website & then contact Google Ads customer support for the reapproval of ads.

If your account is suspended for any reason, I can just guide you on how to appeal to Google Ads customer support. Account suspensions are related to either your website or the billing method you used, If it's suspended after I set up the campaign, You won't get the refund nor I will be responsible.
