You receive:

- A current-state process map covering up to 15 steps

- A review of bottlenecks, handovers, rework and unnecessary steps

- A proposed improved workflow

- A prioritized action tracker with suggested owners, timing and KPIs

The Basic package includes one workflow, up to one hour of consultation through Fiverr and one revision. Delivery is 5 days after complete requirements. Files are supplied in English as editable documents and PDF.
