I accept Excel .xlsx and .xls files and CSV (.csv). Please upload the file you want cleaned. I return a cleaned Excel or CSV file unless you request a different supported output before ordering.
Can you remove duplicate rows?
Yes. I remove exact duplicate rows. If rows are only partly identical, please tell me which columns define a duplicate so I can apply your rule.
Can you standardize spreadsheet formatting?
Yes. I can standardize dates, numbers, text/capitalization, and inconsistent cell formatting, and organize columns. Please specify the format you want when it matters.
How do you handle missing or blank data?
I handle blanks only when you provide a clear rule. I will not guess or invent missing values; unclear cases stay unchanged and can be flagged for your review.
Can you clean a large spreadsheet or more than one file?
Packages cover one Excel or CSV file with up to 100, 200, or 300 rows, depending on the tier. For larger datasets, multiple sheets/files, or complex cleaning, message me first for a custom offer.
