Our operations centre runs 24/7 across three shifts, monitoring over 3,000 bank branches along with commercial and industrial sites. Trained operators watch live camera feeds, verify every alert with human eyes, escalate according to each client's written protocol, and log every action taken. Playback staff review recorded footage for daily reporting on staff attendance, opening and closing times, and any incidents. Clients include national banks and major logistics, utility and healthcare organisations. Through neXera, that same operations centre now serves international clients — retail, warehousing, forecourts, storage yards, and security companies needing overnight or overflow monitoring capacity. Clients keep their existing cameras; we provide the operators, the verification and the reporting.
