Will your custom code work on self-hosted instances?
Yes. The code scripts run natively inside the standard n8n Code Node engine across both self-hosted Docker environments and n8n Cloud instances.
What happens if my API response structure changes?
If your external API alters its JSON payload structure down the line, it will break the hardcoded parsing logic. If that happens, message me the new payload format and I can update the script parameters for a quick maintenance fee.
