Each package includes one revision for the original agreed issue. New issues or additional support time require a separate agreement.

Remote access is only used with your permission. Please do not send passwords in messages.

Hardware repairs and paid software licences are not included. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely within the booked time, I will explain my findings and recommend next steps.
