I have around 1.5 years of hands-on GoHighLevel work: workflows with date-based logic, review request flows, dashboards, funnels with A2P 10DLC-ready consent forms, Conversation AI and Voice AI bots, and inbound webhooks, including post-call data from voice agents. FAQ
What counts as one workflow?
One HighLevel workflow with one main goal, such as lead follow-up or appointment reminders, with up to about 15 actions. A bigger flow may count as two. I confirm the count with you before you order.
Can my workflows send text messages?
Yes, but texting US contacts from a local US number needs an approved A2P 10DLC registration. If you do not have it yet, I can build the SMS steps and keep them paused, or use email until approval.
Will this add costs to my HighLevel account?
Some steps are premium. Inbound and custom webhooks and Custom Code cost about $0.01 per run after 100 free runs per sub-account. AI actions also cost about $0.01 per run. SMS and email are billed by usage. I tell you which steps add fees before I build them.
Can you connect GoHighLevel to my other apps?
If your app can send a webhook, I can receive it in GHL and update your contacts. For sending data from GHL to another app's API, please message me first so I can check that app's documentation.
Do you need my login?
No password, please. Add me as a user in your sub-account: Settings > My Staff (in newer accounts: Settings > Users) > Add Employee (or + Add User). I will share the email to use inside the order, and you can remove me after delivery.
Do I get a walkthrough?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a short screen recording that shows what each workflow does and how to change simple things like message text or wait times.
Can the review flow send only happy customers to Google?
No. Asking only happy customers for reviews (review gating) breaks Google's review policy and FTC guidance. Every customer gets your review link. A low rating also creates a recovery task, alerts your team and sends an apology, so you can fix the problem fast.
