Working as a UI/UX Designer at Scaled Performance, designing both web and mobile app experiences for client projects. I handle projects from concept to final design, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the end product is both user-friendly and aligned with business goals. What I do: • Design high-converting landing pages and web interfaces • Create mobile app UI/UX with a focus on usability and smooth user flow • Build wireframes, user flows, and final UI in Figma • Identify UX problems and improve existing designs • Communicate directly with clients in English to understand requirements and present solutions • Contribute to sales by helping clients understand design decisions and value Additional responsibilities: • Occasionally lead projects and guide team direction when needed • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to deliver complete solutions I focus on creating clean, simple, and effective designs that not only look good but also help drive user action and business results.
