Do you guarantee leads or sales?
No ethical advertiser can guarantee a specific number of leads or property sales. Results depend on your property, pricing, location, offer, competition, advertising budget, creatives and sales process. My role is to build, test and optimize the campaign based on available data.
Is the Facebook advertising budget included?
No. My Gig price is my service and management fee. Your advertising budget will be paid directly to Meta through your own advertising account.
I have never run Facebook Ads. Can you help?
Yes. The Launch package is designed for businesses starting from scratch. I can structure your campaign, research your audience and set up your lead-generation system.
I'm already running ads. Can you optimize them?
Yes. I can review your existing campaign structure, targeting, creatives and performance data to identify optimization opportunities.

Creative strategy and recommendations are included. Full graphic design or video production can be added separately if required.
What advertising budget should I start with?
It depends on your market, property value, audience and campaign objectives. After reviewing your project, I can recommend an appropriate testing budget.
Can you set up retargeting?
Yes. Retargeting is available in the Standard and Premium packages when sufficient audience data and the necessary tracking assets are available.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, especially if you already have active campaigns. Send me your project, target location, objectives and current advertising situation so I can recommend the most suitable package.
