I will build an ai automation notes bot

I will build an AI-powered Meeting Notes Bot using n8n that automatically processes meeting recordings and turns them into structured, actionable notes.

The workflow starts when a user sends an audio recording through Telegram. An IF node checks the incoming request and routes it through the appropriate workflow.

For a new recording, the automation retrieves the audio file, processes it using JavaScript and an HTTP Request, extracts important meeting information, and stores the results in Google Sheets.

The system can automatically capture:

Key Decisions

Action Items

Timestamp

After processing, the user receives a confirmation message through Telegram that the recording has been received and processed.

The workflow also includes an automated email process. When an email request is received, the system retrieves the stored meeting data from Google Sheets and sends a structured email through Gmail containing the meeting summary, decisions, and action items.

This automation helps businesses and teams reduce manual note-taking, organize meeting information, and make follow-ups faster and easier.
