How will you access my server?
After you order, share access through the Fiverr order page. I recommend creating a temporary user for me that you can remove when the job is done.
Do you work with cloud servers?
Yes. I work with AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, Google Cloud, Linode, Vultr and most VPS or cPanel hosts.
What if you can't fix the issue?
I diagnose first and tell you what I find before making changes. If the issue can't be fixed within the package scope, we agree on next steps before any extra work.
Will you document the changes?
Yes. Every package includes a short report of what was wrong and what I changed, and Premium includes full network documentation.
