Will you need access to my Azure environment?
It depends on the issue. Some problems can be resolved through consultation or screen sharing. If access is required, please provide only the minimum permissions necessary for the task. Never send passwords or MFA credentials.
Can you guarantee that my Azure issue will be fixed?
I will investigate the issue and work toward the appropriate resolution. Some issues may depend on Microsoft services, licensing, permissions, third-party systems or other external dependencies, so a resolution cannot always be guaranteed.
