FAQ
What counts as “one issue”?
One specific problem with one cause - a single error message, one broken form, one page not loading. If fixing it uncovers unrelated problems, I’ll tell you before doing anything extra rather than quietly expanding the job.
Do you back up my site first?
Always. I take a full backup of files and database before any changes, and I keep it until you confirm everything works. Nothing I do is irreversible.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin for most issues. Hosting or cPanel access if the problem is server-side or in the backend. For static or custom PHP sites, access to the website files. I’ll tell you exactly what’s needed before you buy if you message first.
How fast do you start?
Within 1-2 hours of receiving access, during my working hours (10:00 am–8:00 pm IST). For genuine emergencies, message me before ordering and I’ll tell you honestly if I can start immediately.
What if the problem is bigger than expected?
I send you a message explaining what I’ve found, what it will actually take, and your options - upgrade, custom offer, or cancel with no hard feelings. I never start extra work and bill for it afterwards.
Do you work on custom PHP applications?
Yes - custom-built PHP systems, dashboards, CRMs, admin panels and other web applications, alongside WordPress and WooCommerce.
Can you integrate third-party plugins or APIs?
Yes. Plugin configuration, API integrations and third-party tool connections are all within scope. For larger integration projects, message me for a custom offer.
Can you fix urgent or critical errors?
Yes. If your site is down or showing fatal errors, choose Premium or message me first so I can confirm availability before you order.
What’s not included?
Building new features, redesigning your site, developing custom plugins from scratch, or content writing. I’m happy to quote those separately as a custom offer.
Do you offer ongoing support after the fix?
Yes - I offer a separate monthly maintenance plan covering updates, backups and monitoring.
