Hi, I'm Rakib. I run my own web hosting service, so I work at server level every day - not just inside WordPress.

Do you need my WordPress admin password?
Please create a separate admin user for me and share the login only in the Fiverr inbox. You can delete this user any time. Hosting or cPanel access is only needed for server side issues.
What if an update breaks my website?
I take a full backup before every update. If anything breaks, I fix it or restore the backup right away. In Pro Care, updates are tested on a staging copy first.
Is malware cleanup included in every plan?
Pro Care includes 1 malware cleanup per month. For Essential and Business Care you can add Malware cleanup as an extra. A badly infected site may need extra hours, I will tell you before starting.
Can you guarantee blacklist removal?
I clean the site and send the review request to Google and other blacklist providers. The final decision and timing, usually 1 to 3 days, depend on them, not on me.
What counts as small fixes?
Text or image changes, plugin settings, broken layout fixes, form issues and similar tasks inside your package hours. New pages, redesign or new features are quoted separately.
Does it work with any hosting?
Yes. I work with cPanel, Plesk, managed WordPress hosting and VPS. If your hosting itself is slow or unstable, I will tell you honestly and suggest a fix.
Can I add more than one website?
Yes. Choose any package and add the Add another website extra for each additional site.
